From when is reservation for Le Studio accepted?
Reservation can be made online from three weeks before your scheduled visit until 1 hour prior to the showtime.

Can I watch films at Le Studio as many times as I want?
Seats are limited, so each member can only make reservations once for a particular program.

How many people can I make Le Studio reservations for?
Seats are limited, so you can make reservations for up to two people (one guest per person).

Will tickets be issued?
No. Tickets will not be issued, but the reservation number by mail will serve as a ticket. Please bring the number to the reception counter on the viewing day.

Can reservations be changed?
Reservations can be changed online up to 1 hour prior to your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to meet your wishes depending on availability.

How do I cancel a reservation?
Reservations can be canceled online up to 1 hour prior to your reservation.

Can I view the films without a reservation?
Reservations are required for viewing at Le Studio.

Are there any age restrictions?
For le Studio, Children must be of junior high school age or older. Anyone can view the exhibitions at le Forum.

When does reception start? 
Reception starts 20 minutes before the showing. Please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before the showing starts.

Can I eat or drink inside Le Studio?
Eating and drinking are prohibited inside Le Studio.

What is Le Forum?
Originally, art is a part of our lives and always with us. Based on that philosophy, Le Forum, the eighth floor of Maison Hermès in Ginza, presents the artists’ worlds of creation through three or four exhibitions annually.

Is there an admission fee?
Admission is free for Le Studio and Le Forum.

Is there parking available?
Maison Hermès does not have parking. Please use public parking nearby.

Can I bring a baby cart?
Yes. Baby carts are permitted.

Is photography permitted?
Photography is not permitted.
