Request for Le Studio reservations
Le Studio is a small private cinema with only 40 seats. We ask you to comply with the following when making reservations so as many people as possible can enjoy the films.
・ Only one reservation per person for each program will be accepted. Please note that you will not be able to make a reservation for the program if you already have a reservation for it or you have already canceled without prior notice on the showing day for the program.
・ Each person may bring one guest. Be sure to note the number of people at the time of reservation.
・ Children must be of junior high school age or older.
・ Please make reservations or cancellations by 17:00 the day prior to showing*. Cancellations can be made by telephone (03-3569-3300).
・ For urgent notice on the day of showing, call 03-3289-6868.
・ Changes to reservations are accepted by telephone only (03-3569-3300), up to 17:00 the day prior to showing*. Changes can only be made if there are seats available.
・ Please be sure to bring the reservation number. This will be checked at the reception counter. You may be refused entrance without the confirmation form.
・ Reservations are invalid in case of natural disaster, acts of terrorism, equipment failure, or other unforeseen incident preventing the showing. We make no guarantee and bear no responsibility for damages that you may incur due to that.
