I am holding a large-scale private exhibition by Ono Yoko who became the prize winner of the eighth Hiroshima prize now.
It works all on it newly except one point to fill up the exhibition room. Now that I passed through Hiroshima and Nagasaki and East Japan great earthquake disaster, mainly on the installation indicating the way to the future desired, I send a message of Ono Yoko for the world. I send display scenery from that this time.

Many “door” that I entered the exhibition room, and it was nailed over the floor of the concrete that it got into eyes first.
These “door” connects unseen world in the future and the past world that have been closed. While “door” which is the signpost of a long way continuing from the past to the future shows a various direction in this room, it is displayed.

The atmosphere changes completely when it falls to the underground exhibition room. A work with all the requiem to the victim of the Tohoku great earthquake disaster of atom bomb of Hiroshima and 3.11 follows….

The strong light of instant prints the shadow of the person type of audience oneself and the transparence on the wall. A state of Hiroshima just after the being bombed is drawn on the wall. On the other hand, innumerable transparent art objects nestle in the darkness. The art object of the person type bathed in strong light for an instant and seems to have disappeared.

Many people were covered and how long have been integrally covered until now?
It is space I yearn for the late people by late people and a former earthquake disaster in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and to pray here. The folded paper crane which was put to protect a blanket may be prayer of the dead person.
