“The everlasting avant-garde that was born in Tadahiro Ono – Tsugaru” commemorative for birth 100 years
 After having learned from the Tokyo Bijutsu school sculpture department, Tadahiro Ono (1913-2001) born in Hirosaki-shi, Aomori in 1913 leaves for the original expression beyond the existing genre such as a picture and the sculpture including the solid that I stuck waste articles such as a screen and the junk of the thick painting on. A trend of the vanguard came into the limelight in the postwar world of art that prospered, and the work which rose for the energy of the genesis to come out of an intense fight with the material participated in an international exhibition such as Sao Paulo Biennale and the Venice Biennale as the artist who represented Japan.
 Because “the artist called Tadahiro Ono continues being said to be the vanguard for postwar 40 years and was never maintenance, it is worthless” (※). Writer and poet, Sakon So who had the friendship talk in this way. There could not be the thing stopping a hand of the creation until I lose my life at 88 years old in the atelier which I held in three towns of Fukui where Ono who continued searching the unknown expression world started for its new post as an art teacher after the 70s when I faded away from the central world of art.
 By the book exhibition, it is a selection with the masterpiece which can know the development of being active production from the Tadahiro Ono collection more than 80 points of this museum. I invite you to the profound space which everlasting avant-garde, energy of Tadahiro Ono without drying up produced.
 In addition, I exhibit the precious initial works which a Fukui Prefectural art museum stores in commemoration of having greeted birth 100 years in particular last year.

Tadahiro Ono [tears of the sand] 1999 mixed media 120*90*27cm

■Tadahiro Ono (おの, just Hiro)
I am born in Hirosaki-shi, Aomori in 1913. I graduate from an Aomori Prefectural institute of technology (existing Aomori Prefectural Hirosaki technical high school) in 1931. I spend two years over Korea. I enter the Tokyo Bijutsu school sculpture department in 1933 (38 years graduation). I get favor of Western picture painter, Seiji Chokai during attendance at school. I start for my new post as a drawing charge teacher in Fukui Tatsumi country Junior High School (existing Fukui Tatsumi country Senior High School) from 1942. Afterward, three lives-cho of the production is based. I am met for an association of free artist exhibition in 1950 by exhibition, a member (59 withdrawal). I am chosen as a participation writer of “world, modern art exhibition” (Bridgestone Museum) in 1957 by French art critic, Michel タピエ. I exhibit a sculpture at Sao Paulo Biennale in the fifth in 1959. I exhibit a sculpture at Venice Biennale in the 30th in 1960. I form “a group modern sculpture” with Kakuzo Tatehata, Shusaku Arakawa, Morio Shinoda and others. I publish book “peace basement earthenware” (O&N collection) in 1970. A large-scale retrospective show “Tadahiro Ono exhibition” is held in a Fukui Prefectural art museum in 1985. I die at the own residence of 2001 three countries a year. Culture facilities “ONO MEMORIAL” (Ono memorial) which repaired the house to add a gallery to in 2005 and the atelier is opened. Many monuments which Ono dealt with are left in Fukui.

 Shiko Munakata (1903-1975) likes flowers of the seasons and draws various floral art with a board image and Japan image, an oil painting. It is colorful, and the drawn flower piece gives off the brightness that I sometimes did lively more than a flower of nature. I introduce a figure of flowers and birds scenery mainly on Japan image. Please see the flower “feelings flower” which bloomed in a heart of Munakata.

Aesthetics of the monster design
 ”An ultra man” designs a hero, a monster, an alien, a machine of the initial ultra series called “ultra seven”, and Toru Narita (1929-2002) is the Japanese sculptor who had a big influence on culture after the war and a special effects art director. It features fun of the form that a hero, the monster designed by the high sensitivity as the artist quote cultural heritage and the naturally occurring animals and plants including result of the modern art, and is brought about. While anyone quotes a motif with the recognition, I may read the artistic faith that there is not of shaking of Narita from the coherent technique to print “unlikelihood of the form” out from there.

An important cultural property of the special historic spot Sannai Maruyama remains exhumation: Expression of the Jomon
 The remains of Maruyama in historic spot three are base-like village traces of the Jomon period on behalf of our country especially. Domiciliation life was run on the middle end (approximately 5,500 years ago – 4,000 years ago) for a long term from the middle part in the first half of Jomon period. Various remains of an ancient structure and the various remains which constituted a house, a grave, a road, a storage hole village were discovered by past excavation, and environment at the time or the state of the village became clear. In addition, making it it became clear jade and exhumation of the volcanic glass, the cultivation of the chestnut by the DNA analysis to show interchange, the trade with other areas, and much discovery greatly changed an image of the conventional Jomon culture. Excavation is carried out now in the remains, and further elucidation is pushed forward.
 On the other hand, many excavated articles such as an earthenware vessel or the clay doll has an important meaning as art expression. The energy that remains gave off in the Jomon including the way of thinking for outlook on life and a sense of beauty that people at the time had and molding and the expression separated for several thousand years; continue attracting us without still declining.
 I display a part of the excavated article of the country designation important cultural property in the Aomori Prefectural art museum and introduce one end of the rich culture of the remains of Maruyama in three. I am happy by matching it with various art expression, and you seeing expression of the Jomon if you can think about human root-like expression.
