This year marks the third staging of the Shenzhen & Hong Kong Bi-city Biennale of Urbanism. With venues in both cities, this edition of the international exhibition takes ‘City Mobilization’ as its theme. Chief curator Ou Ning and his curatorial team of four including Ota Kayoko and Pauline J. Yao have invited some 60 Chinese and international architects and artists to exhibit. Participating form Japan are architects Nakayama Hideyuki, Nishizawa Taira, and Fujimoto Sosuke; and artists Torimitsu Momoyo, Komatsu Toshihiro, and Paramodel.
