The 2010 Aichi Triennale is calling for plans for contemporary art exhibits. The exhibits will be shown at Aichi Arts Center for about 20 days each over a three-month period starting 21 August. Forming the selection committee are Kataoka Mami (Curator at the Mori Art Museum), Konishi Nobuyuki (Associate Professor, Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music) and Hara Hisako (Professor, Osaka Electro-Communication University). Proposals must be received by 30 November. A second competition calling for site-specific exhibits for empty spaces in Nagoya’s Chojamachi area of Nagoya is also planned.
