NHK Educational TV’s Sunday Museum spotlights artist Yanagi Miwa in the feature segment of its 26 July broadcast. The artist herself will appear as a guest, delving into the subject of ‘the maturing image of women’.
The previous week’s broadcast on 19 July will welcome the writer Takamura Kaoru for the program’s ‘this person speaks of the artist she loves’ series, in a look at Mark Rothko.
