A solo show by the pioneering American artist whose retrospective Dan Graham: Beyond, spanning the artist’s 40-year career, recently toured major museums throughout the US. His Tokyo show features a newly commissioned work from the trademark pavilion segment of his art practice and a group of photographs reminiscent of his early, iconic Homes for America series. Also on exhibit are models and video documentation of past pavilions, and the maquette of an unrealized idea (applying his pavilion concept to a pool).
