Shooting into the Corner 2008-09 Mixed media

Major solo exhibitions for the pioneering sculptor and Turner Prize winner. At the Academy, the centerpiece will be the massive, site-specific Svayambh while Shooting into the Corner will evolve and change throughout the duration of the show, which also features some of his signature works.
Kapoor will grace Lisson Gallery with new, large-scale pieces, including some using mirrors. Other series will examine the concave dish and irregular forms. (Olivia Hampton)
