An exhibition purpose:
It is said that there was one big event that many people experience at the same time. Influence to receive from feelings and an action of background that lived in individual life and each person in time when I experienced it, a change of the life before and after the event, neighboring people. As for one big event, different how to catch is done among people each by those differences, and nothing is wrong.
Group exhibition “MOT アニュアル” led by the young artist whom Tokyo Museum of Contemporary Art holds continuously.
In this year, I add a hand to the normal state of things and take up seven sets of different artists who I am seen, and bring in everyday scenery by setting the different situation.
They let others intervene not own one molding it by hand and entrust it to the imagination of people. As well as display, I include a performance and a workshop, the element of the text, and it is difficult to express the form of the work with a word.
However, I remind a coexistent thing of the expression without what is gathered by one image while linking gently while an individual event has contradiction. The possibility that time and the place that should be far distantly are adjacent is shown. Put it together in the occasional place, and artists taking various expression methods perform a project new each for a book exhibition. I press us for an active thought, and their trial will be to bring a fresh viewpoint. The small act causing small wind creates states slightly different from the past so that ripples spread through the neighborhood.
