The second performance featuring Umitaro Abe was held on October 28.
The event started with a video screening of a duo performance by Abe and Takeo Toyama.
Abe performed piano along with images from commercials that he collaborated with, as well as animations by his fellow creator Wisut Ponnimit.
He also played a Japanese drum along with a short film by D-BROS!
Last piece was a silent film by Kenji Mizoguchi Abe found while studying in Paris, for which he wrote piano music.
The gentle and sentimental, melancholic sounds of Abe’s music filled the hall with warmth…
