Is it true in the days of deported convicts, prisoners made marvels of marquetry out of straw from their beds? No limit in time, each interpreting his memory of France by scenes of Normandy landscapes, with hidden messages in secrets bottoms of work and game boxes. This Kind of Art, became fashionable in the last century and is extremely rare, defying time, giving straw it’s letters of noblesse.
