This is (Not) Conceptual Art @ National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea

The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Seoul is holding This is (Not) Conceptual Art, a survey of conceptual tendencies in Korean art. Where conceptualism in the West is associated with dematerialization, the exhibition traces an approach that handled language and concept alongside material and form. Around 140 works by 28 artists are shown in four sections: “Language, Logic, Performance,” “Objects and Language,” “Mapping and Measuring” and “Manipulators of Signs.”
