“The Problem of the Rocks”
In March 2013, Simon Fujiwara exhibited a body of works under the theme of “Rocks” in the Dazaifu Art Program vol.8 in Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, Fukuoka.
The Japanese have traditionally believed in sprits that dwell in rocks.
Fujiwara explores a magnificent tale of belief and doubt again in the Mori Art Museum.
