An exhibition in commemoration of a picture book writer from Kumamoto-shi, the painting 40th anniversary of Shomei Yo.
The picture book which featured the theme of “peace” and “environment” publishes picture book “ぼくのべんちにしろいとり” that I begin it in 1972 after publication a lot and in late years opens width of the activity as a poet including “the bouquets of words”.
I stare at writer, painting 40 years of Shomei Yo some other time again while introducing with sketch in the unpublished school days and studying in New York times, approximately 250 points including the original picture of a valuable early stage of picture book work including the original picture of the masterpiece from approximately 340 publications at this exhibition until now.
