70s of Japan

Japan which reached the hot times including the enthusiasm of intensification and Osaka World Exposition of the student struggle from 1968 through the early 70s. There are many individual, novel magazines which captured an attempt and the movement of the times to doubt that I express it, and to feel the origin sensitively and appears. The atmosphere of the times changed completely in the late 70s, and a picture aiming at the fresh start from the origin was reinstated, and a gorgeous design sent around Parco and Seibu Museum colored the times. The book exhibition reviews the mind of the times mainly on the 70s from the end to the early 80s by art, a design, a building, a photograph, a drama, music, a work, the document of a wide variety of fields including comics in the 60s.

There is person of atom bomb death memorial service monument plan (1952) that did not see an opportunity to be completed while I am asked in one of the works of deep Isamu Noguchi of the connection for Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima by Kenzo Tange. Francis Alice exhibition

I pay more attention to a social problem to be distributed unevenly for daily life because Francis Alice (1959 Belgium birth) that is active based in Mexico walks the town and let I become the fable, and this rise. Alice that learns architecture, and builds up the poetic work world by a picture, a picture, a wide variety of expression including the photograph. Through the act that is not special at all to walk, I project the life of people and it and a political problem not to be able to separate. The book exhibition introduces from a representative initial work produced in Mexico to the new work which featured the theme of Strait of Gibraltar to tie two continents, different culture to widely.

atelier one exhibition

The atelier one developed an exhibition, a book, a workshop, the wide activity including the cityscape as well as a building design since I was formed in 1992 by Yoshiharu Tsukamoto (1965 …) and Momoyo Kaijima (1969 …). At this exhibition, I introduce the various activities by the display that they included the installation with the small building and furniture having “micro public space” and a unique function to call in as well as presentation of a building work and the fieldwork.
