Writer, Genpei Akasegawa (1937-2014) who played a central role in “neo-Dadaism organizers” and “a high red center” through activity in a trend of the vanguard art which arose in the 60s. I keep distance from vanguard art after the 70s and review the step more than 50 years of the writer who developed comics, serious literature, the wide expression activity beyond the field including the roadway observation study society.
