Seven islands of the Seto Inland Sea and the port of Takamatsu form the stage for a new art and architecture festival set to launch next summer. Participating artists include Christian Boltanski, Ilya & Emilia Kabakov, Lee Ufan, Ohtake Shinro, Kawamata Tadashi, Shiota Chiharu, and Naito Rei among others.
