Contour 2009, the fourth edition of the biennial of moving image, opens next month in the Belgian city of Mechelen. Under the title Hidden In Remembrance Is The Silent Memory Of Our Future, film, video and installation works by 18 artists including Eija-Liisa Ahtila, Yael Bartana and Michaël Borremans will be shown at 12 atypical venues walking distance apart within the inner city.
