The Cartier Award 2010 is calling for proposals for a new work to be realized at Frieze Art Fair 2010. The award covers project production costs of up to £10,000 and includes a three-month residency at Gasworks (London) providing accommodation, per diems and travel expenses. The Award is open to non-UK-based artists within five years of graduating from an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or under 30 years of age. The deadline for applications is 4 January 2010. The winner of the Cartier Award 2009 is the American artist Jordan Wolfson.
