Tate Britain seeking new director

Tate Britain is seeking to appoint a director to lead the national gallery. The successful candidate will execute the public program at Tate Britain, while working within the Tate Director’s Group in developing the Tate’s Strategic Plan. Candidates for the post will need to command respect across the organization, have extraordinary creative vision and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in line with Tate’s cultural objectives. The closing date for application is 14 September 2009.
