Fukuda Ryuro Infinite Islands 12 2006
The Dojima River Forum in Osaka launches a contemporary art biennial this summer with Nanjo Fumio (Director of the Mori Art Museum) at the helm as art director and Kubota Kenji as curator. The first staging takes as its theme ‘Reflection: The world we see in art today’, featuring works by 26 artists from the previous Singapore Biennale. Participating artists from Japan include Aida Makoto, Fukuda Ryuro, and Matsukage Hiroyuki.
