Timed to coincide with the French art fair FIAC09, the Centre Pompidou will stage Un Nouveau Festival, an exhibition organized by Centre director Bernard Blistène featuring works by Carsten Höller, Andrea Bloom, Jorge Pardo, and Franz West among others. Related events include performances and film screenings, as well as Hors les murs, an exhibition at the historic La Conciergerie on the Ile de la Cité with artists the likes of Ai Weiwei and Kiki Smith slated to participate.
