Beijing’s gallery-filled 798 or Dashanzi Art District will stage its first biennale late this summer. Eight curators working under Art Map editor and critic Zhu Qi (China) as artistic director and Marc Hungerbühler (Switzerland/USA) as curatorial director have selected over 70 Chinese and international artists to create or contribute works revolving around the theme ‘Constellations’.
