Matsu Fuyuko  Etude for Keeping up the Pureness  2004

The newly established Japanese Society of Artistic Anatomy celebrates its launch with a day of events. JSAA chairman Yoro Takeshi (Anatomist; Professor emeritus, University of Tokyo) intends to make this ‘Japan’s top platform for academic and entertaining study of art anatomy’. The day will include presentations by young researchers, lectures by Ito Toshiharu (Professor, Tokyo University of the Arts) et al., and a symposium in which artist Matsui Fuyuko will take the platform. She will speak about her drawing of human bones.
