In honor of the exhibition Frank Lloyd Wright: From Within Outward currently underway at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, the Guggenheim and Google are sponsoring a design competition: submit a 3D shelter for any location in the world using Google SketchUp and Google Earth. Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture students will select a group of finalists. Public voting on these finalists will take place in September – early October, and the People’s Prize announced along with a special Juried Prize chosen by a jury of experts. Deadline for submissions: 23 August.
