Guitarist, turntablist and composer Otomo Yoshihide launches a string of events from July through November in Tokyo. First up is ENSEMBLES 09 ? Rest-ful Musical Devices – an evolved version of the ENSEMBLES exhibition he staged in 2008 at Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media – in the without records exhibition at Vacant (Shibuya) opening 4 July. Otomo will also perform live with a variety of guests at SuperDeluxe (Roppongi) and Shinjuku PIT INN (1?6 August). See his website for details.
