Solo exhibition by an artist whose practice plies the boundary between photography and painting, wafting in the spectrum between black and white. Taguchi gathers a selection of the images flooding various media, disassembles them, and then recomposes them in paint. The canvases are then photographed, and at times painterly touches added to the final photographic image. Through a series of complex processes, images sent out into the world by others are reiterated in Taguchi’s language.
