Shaw takes his decorative surrealism to new proportions, with seven paintings, including his biggest to date – seven meters wide – and his first large-scale sculptural installation. The Kashmir Valley native here continues with his trademark blend of different myths and traditions, overpopulating spaces inspired by the ancient Rome of Giovanni Battista Piranesi with monkeys, butterflies, winged warriors and anthropomorphous creatures.
