‘Earth is created in Iceland, and perishes in Japan,’ say the curators, Birta Guojonsdottir (Iceland) and Watanabe Shinya (Japan). This exhibition presents works exploring sensory experience, relativity, and the complexities of daily rituals from art practices in two countries that share cultural and geographical parallels. Participating Japanese artists: Ambe Noriko, Saga Atsushi, Saiki Katsuhiro, and Teruya Yuken.
