BankART NYK Studio (Yokohama)
Three women designers based in Berlin, London, and Milano present the joys of art born of their fashion, interior, and product design-based practices: creative work, as the title suggests, freed from conventional categorization. Other fun-filled exhibitions staged at BankART to date exploring relationships between art and living include their Food and Contemporary Art series and collaborations with architects. This exhibition, curated by director of the former Sagacho Exhibit Space Koike Kazuko, represents the venue’s first full-scale exploration related to fashion.
