News from the Museum Shop at Hara Museum ARC
The red leaves have fallen, cold winds blow and the streets are adorned with decorative lights–Christmas season has arrived. If you haven’t started shopping for gifts yet, the Museum Shop at Hara Museum ARC just might have what you are looking for.
When it comes to winter clothing, nothing is more pleasureable than the variations that lend a stylish touch to one’s appearance, like mufflers. At the Museum Shop, we have mufflers in pop colors by Matsui Knitting Crafts, a well-known item at the MoMA STORE as well, and mufflers that combine high-tech with design through the use of wool gauze interlaced with felt. These mufflers boast a wide variety of patterns, including stripes, dots and mosaics. To truly appreciate them, you must come feel them yourself.
Other gift possibilities include rings made of glass with a surprisingly warm touch, glass paperweights in the shape of a house and necklaces that are simple yet substantial at the same time.
