From Hara Museum ARC, Gunma
Spring has arrived, as well as gorgeous cherry blossoms. From the contemporary art wing, the scene is breathtaking. Starting this weekend, we can look forward to about a week of Someiyoshino cherry blossoms in full bloom.
Meanwhile, The Museum Shop has just received a batch of colorful scarves that will add a dash of color to any wardrobe.
Shibori dyed dotted scarf
A comfortable, scarf made of high density, superfine polyester with three-dimensional dots. Produced by textile designer Yuh Okano, whose studio is located in Kiryu, Gunma prefecture, it is a part of the permanent collection of The Museum of Modern Art, New York.
Size L/10,500 yen:200 cm x 60 cm
Size S scarves are also available, as well as a vacuum-packed version.

Take the Kan-etsu Expressway to Shibukawa Ikaho Interchange. Go in the direction of Ikaho Onsen for 8 km (about 15 min.) .
