NOTICE: Requests for reservations are no longer being accepted except from Hara Museum and Image Forum Members.

The response to the screening of short films by Miranda July at the Hara Museum this January was so big that reservations were booked up within the span of a few minutes. Cries for another screening rose up, and so, in response to this high demand, we are pleased to announce that a second screening will be held.

Miranda July is a filmmaker, performance artist, recording artist and writer. Her work includes the prize-winning novel No One Belongs Here More than You: Stories and The Corridor, an installation that caused a sensation when it appeared at the Yokohama Triennale in 2008. Her new feature film The Future opened at Theater Image Forum in Shibuya in January, 2013, and it is now showing at various theaters in Japan. This event introduces a number of short films by the artist that have garnered attention at film festivals around the world.

A post-screening talk will be given by Koyo Yamashita (Director / Image Forum Festival).
*In Japanese only.
