Yasuhiro Suzuki, the artist who designed the artwork for the BloomBUS! free shuttle bus which runs between Shinagawa station and the Hara Museum every Sunday, will come to the museum and hold a special event on Sunday, November 28. The artist will guide you to the museum.

You might have already seen the bus adorned with lenses and mirrors running around Shinagawa station.

For the design of the bus, Suzuki took as his inspiration the many large and small windows that make the Hara Museum the unique place that it is. A bus as mobile art linked to the museum is sure to bring a feeling of fresh surprise to all those who ride it.
Participants can also enjoy video screening of the artist’s works (including his BloomBUS! work) at The Hall from 2:00 pm until the closing time of the museum. The seats are limited to 22 persons per tour, so please make your reservation as soon as possible! *the tour will take place twice.

First tour: 13:40 meet at the BloomBUS! bus stop 13:50 bus leaves for the museum
Second tour: 15:40 meet at the BloomBUS! bus stop 15:50 bus leaves for the museum
*No. of participants are limited to 22 persons per tour.
Meeting point: BloomBUS! bus stop
*Turn left at JR Shinagawa station Takanawa exit (west exit), go past the Toei No.96 bus stop to the yellow stand. You will see the staff wearing yellow outerwear.
Fee: free (museum admission is required. Hara Museum members can bring up to two guests for free of charge).
Reservation: required. Please make your reservation by phone or e-mail with your name, phone number, preferred time of the tour, and number of participants (and membership No. if you are a museum member).
