From the Museum Shop at Hara Museum ARC, Gunma
From the end of October is when the autumn colors start to deepen within the Shibukawa/Ikaho area, where Hara Museum ARC is located, and because the summer was especially hot, we can expect the leaves to be even more stunning than usual. What better time combine the enjoyment of nature with art? On display this autum are many colorful works from the permanent collection.

One of these is Mirror Room (Pumpkin), a large-scale installation by Yayoi Kusama. The work of this artist has won acclaim throughout the world, while Kusama-related goods have enjoyed great popularity at our own museum shop. Here you will find such items as clear files, postcards, mirrors and keyrings emblazoned with Kusama trademark designs, and they all have practical uses as well. Their attractive packaging makes them perfect as gifts or souvenirs.

Other items can be useful for an autumn outing, such as T-shirts, hand towels and tote bags. Also highly recommended are items that feature images of Mirror Room (Pumpkin), such as various publications, the artist’s own autobiographical novels, original postcards and others. At the shop, you are sure to find something that will lead you deeper into the world of Yayoi Kusama.
