“Pâques” (Easter) Celebration
Where Is Your Rabbit? Chocolate Hunt in the Hara Museum Garden
This event is already fully booked.(added on April 16)
During Easter (or “Pâques” in French), Christians commemorate the resurrection of the crucified Christ. For children in Europe, however, Easter means hunting for gaily decorated Easter eggs and chocolate bunnies that have been hidden beforehand in the family garden. This month, the renowned French patissier Pierre Hermé Paris brings the Easter egg hunt to the Hara Museum garden! With basket in hand, participants will enjoy searching for Easter eggs and chocolate bunnies hidden in the garden. In The Hall will be an exhibition of chocolate in the shape of African masks, panels explaining the history of Easter, and a special chocolate-making demonstration by an actual French patissier! This is event is sure to bring a smile to both children and adults alike. Family participation is welcomed.
