Akie Nakajima (piano) & Ayako Furuhashi (violin) Duo concert

The end of the summer concert will be held in the evening of August 23 at
(Gunma) Hara Museum ARC.

Graduated from the Royal Music Conservatory in Brussels (Belgium), Akie Nakajima (piano) and Ayako Furuhashi (violin) will perform pieces by Czech and Belgian composers such as Dvořák (1841-1901), Fibich (1850-1900), Ysaÿe (1858-1931), Absil (1893-1974) and Rossum (1939-)—a rich variety of program featuring works from the late Romantic to contemporary periods.

Prior to the performance, participants will be able to enjoy the ongoing exhibitions, Selections from the Hara Museum Collection (Contemporary Art Galleries) and Animals on Parade (Kankai Pavilion).

Exhibition viewing period: 9:30 am-4:30 pm, 5:30-6:30 pm (the museum will be closed between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm for preparation).
