In arts Chiyoda 3331, a private exhibition of Yusuke Nishimura holds “a thing memorizing the ground and talks するためにーその act, a place, time to live” in.
It is the having memory and artist showing it about a relation with the time of the place, and Yusuke Nishimura performs activity yamajiorimono*works taking light and wind in the textile mill which stopped the operation in Kiryu-shi, Gunma from 2006 using material of nature such as honey and the beeswax. I face you carefully at extraordinary time accumulated there by this being totally different from the work of the building aiming at “the completion” of the building during a fixed period of time, and the resolution rebuilding a building by a hand of oneself while tasting each one process and breed the time at the slowly “place”. It is an act to be opposed flatly to the flow in the times when this activity commented, “it is totally like the child care without the end” pursues efficiency and productivity by Shuichi Matsumura (University of Tokyo Graduate School architecture specialty professor) and poses a question to us who send busy daily life calmly.
I express a part of activity yamajiorimono*works of this present continuous, and the book exhibition reproduces time memorized using the honey which Nishimura often used as material in a textile mill and keeps time to drift in a gallery there. In addition, about a past activity, I can have you look back with the work using the photograph document of approximately 2,000 pieces. Please sense Nishimura’s original world blending in space having one three temporal axes called the future bodily now in the past.
Furthermore, as an allied event, I perform a gallery talk by an artist and hold the talk event that I brought Masato Nakamura who is Director unification of Shuichi Matsumura and arts Chiyoda 3331 into and reconsider yamajiorimono*works from the viewpoint of the building.

Yusuke Nishimura Yusuke Nishimura
It was born in 1976 and is from Fukuoka. Masters degree course in 2001 Tokyo art University Graduate School art graduate course picture specialty oil painting completion. I deal with repair / repair project of the former textile mill which is an industrial inheritance of Kiryu-shi, Gunma than 2003, Moriyoshi Reconstruction Project (2003-04 years / old Yoshihei Moriyama textile mill). I talk with the place while actually putting a hand in the wooden building damaged in yamajiorimono*works 2006 ~/ 山治織物工場) in progress for a long term with a factory owner and read the history that a thing talks about and am showing the way of the act to make a place living in now now.

Shuichi Matsumura Shuichi Matsumura
University of Tokyo’s professor. Academy engineering system graduate course architecture specialty completion university’s for 1,980 years for University of Tokyo department of engineering architecture subject graduation, 1,985 years. A doctor of engineering. The present, Architectural Institute of Japan’s vice-chairperson, Director Representative HEAD workshop, a representative of association of building support director, Chairperson housing complex reproduction support association. By a 2005 “study on industrialization of the house production” in Architectural Institute of Japan prize (article), 2008, 2015, 2016 in city house prize from an academic society (writing), 2015 in Architectural Institute of Japan writing Prize, 2016 Japan facility management grand prix (achievement).
