Take Ninagawa is pleased to announce Gozo Yoshimasu‘s participation in I draw, therefore I think, curated by artist and curator Jitish Kallat for the peer-led online platform SOUTH SOUTH. The project is inspired by Charles Darwin’s 1837 sketch “Tree of Life,” which Darwin scribbled down in his first “transmutation notebook.” Kallat has invited artists and viewers to reflect on the relations between words and images in the thought process.
The exhibition is now on view on the SOUTH SOUTH platform and on an interactive Miroboard produced in collaboration with the Open Window Institute.
