Dreams of Seduction

I am beckoned.
Unexpectedly, my heart is robbed from me.
Captivated. I cannot leave.

One day, I was invited,
‘Please come and see the lavender. Now is the finest season.’
I went to Furano’s lavender beds.
Lavender, as far as you can see.
Rather than the beauty, it is the depth of fragrance that allures me softly.
Lavender has a grace of their own, unshared with other flowers.
But I want to share my feelings. I need to tell my friends.
This frame of mind is seductive.

A person, fascinated by the lavender of Southern France,
Wished a dream of reconstructing it when he stood, in the lavender beds of Furano.
He sensed the lavender of a far-off land in Furano’s fields.
Such the power of plants.

Magnanimously, gentle and dream-like
I am enticed by the breathing of lavender.
By walking among them, sitting beside them,
You enjoy unusual experiences.
I would like to invite you into this space.
A space beckons playful minds and offers surprises.
