In Kumamoto-shi Museum of Contemporary Art gallery III, I hold exhibition “ReBuild” (rebuild) of the art unit tochka (Takeshi Nagata, モンノカヅエ) and workshop “PIKA PIKA IN KUMAMOTO”. This “ReBuild” 展 assumes the East Japan great earthquake disaster that happened on March 11, 2011 one big axis.

The tochka collected the messages which turned “Safe and Sound Project” from a setup, the world to the stricken area by PIKA PIKA with the Sekine light ability of the picture director quickly just after an earthquake disaster, and “I was in you and I was safe and was”, and a musical piece of Yoko Kanno showed にのせて.
And picture work “ReBuild” which pictures PIKAPIKA in children of the stricken area with mourning and a meaning desired before the scenery of the memory that perform a workshop to make a memory of pleasant “light”, and became late life and debris again at the same time for book exhibitions latest.
＊During a session, artist talking is carried out from 14:00 on Sunday, July 24, and, on Sunday, August 7, the workshop of PIKAPIKA is held on Sunday, August 21, too.
