Moriyama Daido’s Hokkaido – Introduction opens 12 September at Sapporo PARCO. In conjunction with the exhibition, Ohtake Shinro, who has collaborated with the photographer on a number of magazines and posters, will join Moriyama for a live talk session. The exhibition, comprising some 2000 black and white photographs (around 1500 unpublished) shot in Hokkaido beginning in 1968 and continuing to this day, kicked off its five-stop tour of Hokkaido at the Miyanomori Art Museum in June.
