Hara X MA-wo-kanaderu: A Mid-Autumn On-line Concert from the Garden [Hara Museum, Tokyo]

[Hara X] — A series of events presented by the Hara Museum featuring various artists whose performance of music, dance or other types of expression will be streamed online from some place within the museum, each time according to the performer’s choice.

For this event, the five-person ensemble MA-wo-kanaderu, led by pianist Masaki Hayashi, will give a mid-autumn evening performance in the beautiful courtyard garden of the Hara Museum. As devotees of natural accoustic sound, the group combines Irish harp, violin, fretless bass, percussion and piano to produce a unique musical blend that is both modern and lyrical with jazz and classical elements. Please join us for this unique live-streamed sound experience.
