Bharti Kher Warrior with Cloak and Shield
A group exhibition organized by Gallery Espace to celebrate its 20th anniversary, taking as its theme the term coined in 1925 by the German art critic Franz Roh: magic realism. Marvelous Reality features works by 36 artists including Pushpamala N, Nikhil Chopra, Ranbir Kaleka, and Shilpa Gupta in media ranging from painting, sculpture, video and photography to site-specific installations and performance art.
