Delivery, pilgrimage, pioneering, exploration, sightseeing…. Voyages have long been an inseparable part of human life. In an attempt to redefine what constitutes a journey from the perspective of the artist, Voyages presents 170 works by six Japanese photographers and video artists: Ishikawa Naoki, Momose Toshiya, Dodo Takeshi, Sawa Hiraki, Naito Sayuri, and Onaka Koji. Sponsored by the Japan Foundation and Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography (Syabi), the exhibition will travel to Syabi in December.
