Here is the newest “Image Cake” at Hara Museum ARC, the special weekend cake selection that takes as its motif an actual work of art from the current exhibition.
The latest Image Cake is a play on “Landscape” by Federico Herrero.

Made of pineapple mousse with lemon jelly, this beautiful, juicy cake has a definite summer feel to it. What better way to top off a museum visit than to come to the cafe, have a slice and enjoy the cool highland breezes?

By Car
Take the Kan-etsu Expressway to Shibukawa Ikaho Interchange. Go in the direction of Ikaho Onsen for 8 km (about 15 min.) .
