The Yebisu International Festival for Art & Alternative Visions at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography explores the artistic potential of visual expression. Its aim is to create a space in which we can join hands with those who create, connect with, and receive images to address the question “What is an image?” and to seek a wealth of answers (there could never be just one) in a way that transcends genre, region, or period.
