Ordway Prize goes to Hamza Walker and Artur Zmijewski
Award
The 2010 Ordway Prize recognizing the contributions of a curator and artist whose work has had a significant impact on the field of contemporary art was awarded to American curator Hamza Walker and Polish artist Artur Zmijewski. Cosponsored by the New Museum and Creative Link for the Arts, the Prize is awarded biennially to a mid-career curator/arts writer and an artist between the ages of 40 and 65 with a developed body of work extending over a minimum of fifteen years. Walker and Zmijewski will each receive an unrestricted cash prize of 100,000 USD.
