Please understand that we are unable to publish advertisements that fall into the following categories:
- Advertising that breaches or may possibly breach legislation, regulations or treaties, or advertising for the purpose of increasing power through religious faith or of proselytizing activity.
- Advertising of medical treatment, pharmaceutical products or cosmetics that have an effect or efficacy or act in a way not approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
- Advertising for on-line gambling sites or websites promoting on-line gambling.
- Advertising that contains obscene language or creates inferiority complexes or discomfort to its viewers
- Advertising of businesses and companies that are directly competing with the services provided by ARTiT.
- Images containing text links and check boxes that the user is invited to click and takes him to a place he or she did not intend to go.
- Images that are excessively visually simulating including high-speed flashing lights and animation that is repeated within a short time span.
- Any other advertisements that we decide are inappropriate.
*Any claims made by a user about the content of any advertisements or any information contained on linked websites shall be dealt with as the responsibility of the advertiser. ARTiT shall accept no responsibility in this case.
